Back on the wagon
Well, as of April 28th, I'm back on the LC wagon! Yay!! I'm starting at 160 lbs, so I've gained back some of what I had lost, but not all of it. On Saturday, my fasting BG was 125 and today it was 80.. both without insulin!! Man I love LC!! I need to work on my water intake and exercise, but I'll get there. I'm just glad to be back.

I hope you are still with us, Brandi! I went back on Atkins on April 27th and just passed the first week of induction. I've linked to you at my site, Low-Carb Lifestyle, so keep us updated!
